Attorney John R. Perry obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Virginia in 1990. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1995. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996.
Mr. Perry has been practicing immigration law since 2000. He represents individuals and companies in all aspects of US immigration law, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, naturalization, detention and removal defense, and employer compliance and complex business immigration matters. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in Immigration Court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Mr. Perry also counsels clients in criminal immigration matters.
From 1996-2000, Mr. Perry focused extensively on corporate law. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation of small to medium-sized companies as well as general civil litigation. He has experience in both large and small law firm settings, in addition to serving as general counsel for a start-up telecommunications company.
Mr. Perry is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of California and the California Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
