First off, I was really impressed with the fact that I had an attorney answer my call and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions, unlike a lot of other offices that I called that don't let you bypass the secretary. Second, I was able to get an in person appt. right away. Third, ...their office is extremely organized and very impressive (Penthouse floor of the City National Bank Building). I know you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but seriously, who doesn't judge a book by it's cover. And I'm glad I did, because I ended up really happy when my attorney explained every step of the case to me and actually gave me all of my options every time the we reached a new step in the case. My friend had another personal injury attorney for his accident and he only got the speak to the attorney a total of 3 times throughout his case and only once in person! But my attorney at 911 Legal Team was reachable by email and telephone just about anytime, even weekends. And last but not least, I was able to get a lot of money in my case and my attorney didn't settle until I got the best deal possible.

The attorneys at 911 Legal Team are amazing!! I wish that no one ever needs an attorney but if you do, you need a legal team who will take the time to care and get you the most money possible.
