Superb Attorney

I had received two tickets in two months and was really worried that my insurance was going to go up. Mr. Solomon was able to get both of them dismissed without me having to lift a finger and his office kept me informed every step of the way.

Great attorney

He is the best in traffic tickets. I hired him a few times and he could dismiss my tickets which I really didn't think he can do. Thank you Amir, I highly recommend him to whoever has traffic tickets and DUI.

Good Result But Dishonest

I hired Mr. Soleimanian for two cases: One infraction speeding ticket and one misdemeanor traffic offense. The first ticket was dismissed by Trial by Declaration. Great result, though his fee was very high compared to other attorneys. About $900. The second citation was for a misdemeanor of sp...eed ex. I had communicated with Amir a couple of times on the phone before the first court appearance date, and was confident that he knew what he was doing and could get a good result given the weakness of the case against me. I called his office the day before the court date to check in and to let them know I wanted to be updated as soon as possible after court. No problem, they said. On the court date I was told by Amir that the DA needed more time and that there was a continuance for a new court date in 3-4 months. This seemed odd to me and Amir seemed as though he was covering something. About 5 days later I received a call from his office that he had appeared in court that day and that the misdemeanor charge was reduced to a simple speeding infraction and I had a relatively modest fee to pay the court. Fantastic news! Today I went to the court to pay the fine in person and request a copy of the court minutes. To my shock and dismay upon reviewing the minutes, I found that no one from Amir's team had been present on the original court date, and the judge had issued a BENCH WARRANT. I am not sure how an attorney who has been practicing for as long as Amir has and one who charges such high fees could fail to appear on my behalf. Fortunately the bench warrant was recalled a few days later, but Amir personally lied to me about what had transpired and failed to disclose his ineptitude. I am relieved that the matters are behind me, but I would never hire Amir again, and I wanted to share my experience.

Thank you for your feedback and bringing this to our attention. We Communicated to you based on the information that was provided to us by the courthouse and we believe that you received the best outcome. We cannot predict and speak for courthouse filing process and action and we believe this is where you feel there was a miscommunication. As you mentioned, your first infraction ticket was dismissed, and we’re glad that you’re happy with that. For your misdemeanor ticket, on the day of the court (Wednesday 6/15/2022), I was present in court two times. First at 8:30am, and then at 11:00am. Both times, the clerk indicated that the case was not filed yet, they have up to one year to file it, and usually they file it within 2-3 months after the due date. Also, we called the court later that day at 2:30pm, and it still was not filed. I went to court again on Monday 6/20/2022 to double check and found out that they did file the case at the end of court day (Wednesday 6/15/2022). So, when I found out that the case was filed later that day and went to warrant, immediately I appeared in front of the judge explained the situation and ask for recalling the warrant. The court apologized for late filling and not letting us know and recalled the warrant. After that, I resolved the case from Misdemeanor (Speed X and Burning Rubbers) to simple speeding ticket with traffic school which by taking traffic school, everything will disappeared. So, I think we did an outstanding job dismissing two out of two cases for you (one dismissal and one misdemeanor reduced to infraction wiped out with traffic school and minor fee). The fee for misdemeanor, two pointer is $1600 plus two points with 1 to 3 years probation. Your case was resolved with $200-300 fine, no license suspension, and no probation. This is the best result anyone can get. If you still have questions regarding your case please feel free to contact our office for further discussions.

Fantastic Attorney

The legal professional and paralegal workforce were extraordinary. They labored without a doubt hard with my case with very good results. I am very pleased and could recommend them to all of us.
