I was referred to Heather because of the specifics of my case..(1) Breach of Insurance Contract,
(2) Breach of the Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing and (3) Negligence. I was in shock, my insurance company had allowed a restoration company to demolish my kitchen due to water damage and mold.. Once this stage was completed, my insurance company denied my entire claim. The original event occurred 12-22-06. Finding an attorney who practices this type of law was my Second nightmare. Finally, in December 2007, I was referred to Heather by an attorney who opposed her in court! I spoke directly to Heather, within a day or two she and an assistant came to my home. She explained the type of law she practiced, she toured my home both inside and outside. She also explained my probable expectations. I was very impressed, and I liked her. She is an excellent attorney; whenever there was correspondence there was a cover letter explaining the contents. There were also calls from her office with additional information. Whenever I had a question, my call was returned within a reasonable time. Most importantly, Heather won my case!!
