I hired attorney Erika Roman for my boyfriend's immigration case and believe me you will be waiting your money and time hiring her. Erika is extremely unprofessional and promises you one thing, but does not deliver. Erika is always late to court and cancels the last minute, literally a day prior to c...ourt to say she will not be able to make it to court, then she sends one of her staff members to represent my boyfriend at court and mind you this the staff member is one hour and a half late to court. Erika claims to say she is great at bail hearing bonds, yet on my boyfriend's case kept telling the judge she needs to withdraw because Erika is never prepared. Erika's paralegal and herself have a lack of communication. You will barely meet with Erika, she sets no relationship between the client and herself. Erika does not know how to speak to her clients, if you talk over her accidently, she will scream over you to get her point across. Every time Erika would say one thing, but then turn around and do the opposite. Erika has no respect for her clients, she will speak to you in a condescending way. At the end Erika Roman was uncapable or simply did not bother with my boyfriend,s case and decided to withdraw from the case. Erika's excuse for withdrawing were not valid and she create false accusations. I would highly recommend to not hire this attorney, believe me do your research and find another attorney who will deliver.
