Boyfriend was deported before he even went to court. She filed case a day after it was due, also very friendly until we gave her the check, promised us the world, charged an ungodly amount while insisting it was a deal on a case she gave nearly a drop of effort. Once she had our money she also: 1.Con...tinually threatened us to drop the case (& keep our money of course)if we questioned any of her unethical behavior or case progress 2.Continually threatened to sue me/client/his parents for harassment (Erica, I saved all your emails/texts/voice mails so good luck w/that). 3.Ignored calls/emails inquiring into the case 4.REPEATEDLY LIED...more times than not. 5.Claimed to submit critical paperwork that she in fact had not. 6.Always had some dire personal situation as an excuse why she couldn't tend to our case. 7.She also refused to hand over vital paperwork to us. Honestly,i could go on & on.Bottom line, couldn't have chosen a worse atty.
