Amazing Law Firm...Las Vegas Defense Group

I have used the Las Vegas Defense Group for a traffic ticket in which they got the case DISMISSED! I was shocked though they did it. I also recently got into a card accident and I am working with their Personal Injury Case Manager Hazel...she is great...totally on top of her game...I am going for wee...kly therapy and hope to feel a lot better. I know that I am in good hands and I will be compensated for being in this accident that was not my fault. I highly recommend this law firm to any of my friends or family...

Awesome

My experience with LVDG left me feeling great. From the beginning, I felt like my relatively minor case was treated as if it were a very serious one. While hanging out at my house, I heard a strange knock at my door. The police informed me that I had been a very serious accident and that they kne...w it was me. I told them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. They told me a tow-truck was on its way to impound my car and I only needed to confess to take care of everything quickly. I continued to tell them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. This took about 3 hours and left me very shaken up. About 2 weeks later, I got a notice in the mail from LVMPD that I was the suspect in a hit and run investigation. This frightened me. How could the police accuse me of this? Are my rights being violated? What’s going on? I knew this was the time to consult a lawyer. I researched the Law Firm that I noticed represented police in previous cases, and that had former police officers on its staff. I knew that this sort of rapport with police would expedite my case, as they would be able to relate to the detective(s) investigating me on mutually understandable terms. Upon meeting with the first of three individuals involved on my case, David Kohlmeier, Case Manager immediately made me feel the full implications of my case. He let me know the potential progress and possible punishments of my case, the benefits of retaining the law firm to protect me, and the cost structure for all of it. Nothing was unclear. He made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about. The next person I met with was In-House Private Investigator - William Simpson who personally investigated on my behalf and spoke to the detective on my behalf to figure out an appropriate time for me to go speak with him, as well as probing for information to give us a clearer understanding of what exactly I was being accused of. After that, I met with my lawyer, and the state completely dropped its case with no tickets or punishments issued whatsoever! Whew! Throughout the experience, all my phone calls were returned with expedience, and everything was explained thoroughly. The diverse backgrounds of the people involved on my case provided a plan that left me feeling like my rights were protected in the way that they should be. I felt like all I had to do was retain them as my legal counsel and let them do the rest. I was supposed to get a huge hit in more ways than one, but LVDG protected me. Thanks LVDG!

Excellent Attorney!

I will be sharing my experience of when I used the Las Vegas Defense Group: I was charged with a DUI above 0.18, which could have negatively impacted my personal life and career. I was very worried about what could happen when I first started going through this stressful process. The Las Vegas Defen...se Group was there for me the entire time. They treated me as an individual person instead of just another case number. They were very upfront and forthcoming about the facts of my case and what could possibly happen. They truly put all of my fears at ease. Thankfully, they explained everything in depth before I even stepped into court. The possible outcome of the original charge would have been devastating to my career, but thankfully they got it reduced to a lesser charge which allowed me to keep providing for my family and continue on with my life and put this situation behind me. Since the case resolved and I didn't have to go to trial, I was spared the embarrassment of having to face the police officers and witnesses. I recommend this law firm to anyone facing criminal charges!

Felony DUI to Dry Reckless

I was involved in a traffic collision and arrested for DUI. Even though my PAS was a 0.09, the California Highway Patrol recommended a felony DUI due to the injuries suffered by the other party. I was understandably shaken by all of this and felt very lost in the process. A friend recommended ...that I hire Neil to help me sort this out, which in the end turned out to be the best decision ever. Neil and his team were very knowledgeable and were very hands on from the beginning. They were able to calm my nerves and explain the process to me based on their years of experience. Neil, in particular, was attentive to my questions and would call me even on a Sunday just to answer the millions of questions I had. Ninaz Saffari was the attorney assigned to my case and because of her vast experience in the LA county courts, she was extremely familiar with the policies of each prosecutor's office and knew how to present my case in the best light possible. Together, they came up with a strategy and after some laborious negotiations, the felony DUI charge was reduced to a dry reckless. I never once thought I would be in that situation, but when it all happened, I am glad I hired Neil and his team.

No one could ask for more

Mr Shouse was hired by me to represent my husband, who was facing nine strikes , three in his former case in six that he had prior to the three strikes law going into effect. Mr Shous went to the jail and visited my husband every other day while he was working on his case . he kept my husband inf...ormed as to everything he was doing with his case, he treated my daughter and I like family and insured us that he would do his best. And that he did !!! . Neil is the most kind , genuine, dedicated , knowledgeable an loving attorney anyone could hire he went out an gave 110% I could not ask for anything more I was very satisfied with the out come he succeeded in getting seven of the strikes dropped leaving my husband to be sentenced as a two striker and he tried to get those dismissed however due to callousness on my husband part Neil had to settle for the two strikes , which he did not want to, although Neil appears meek an mild he transformed right before my eyes when in the court room he became a pit bull that did not want to give up. Thanks Neil for all you've done for my family an I
