I have tattoos that reveal what yards I have been on, and since I was stabbed on July 3 2009, I was forced to be permanently delegated to an SNY yard. As lawyers familiar with the system, I know you know what that means. ANY, GP'er (General Population) prisoners are forced to attempt to stab any SNY prisoner, as a standing rule. Local city, or county jails, and all prisons are the same, it's "mando", if you don't stab them, you wind up getting stabbed, as I was. Brian had a difficult case with me. The California City Probation Dept., wanted desperately, to return me to custody, and found a typically meaningless opportunity to do so.
