He was prompt in answering all my questions (so fast as if he's working solely for me) and answered all of them with diligence (driving them to closure in one shot wherever possible) even in grey areas where most others typically refuse to take a s...tand or guide. He worked though my challenging timeline though the holidays, where others would have asked me to schedule a meeting post-holidays just to discuss further. What's not to love here? I have no answer for that question.
