Mr Barker, started out helpful so I thought. Although during the legal process, the communication slowly became non existant, to the point of now refuses to return calls, emails etc. Our legal case has not been resolved of evicting tenants from my elderly mothers home who suffers from dementia. We ar...e in need of vacating her home of non-paying tenabts who are destroying her home, so that we can rent it to help with my Mothers medical and daily care. Mr. Barker has now cost my Mother and myself months of stress and financially left her hurting. We are still at square one with the legal situation, and cannot find out due to his lack of communication if anything was ever filed, we have no case number etc. Mr. Barker has not returned our monies paid as a retainer. Mr. Barker has ignored all plea's we have made to him for follow though and communication. I regret hiring Mr. Barker, I would never recommend this Attorney to anyone. I now need to find a new attorney to start our legal process over, resulting in more lost funds.
