I got his consultation through USC. He is very patient and helpful. He gave me great advices on the landlord-tenat issues. Recommend!

VERY SATISFIED

I was very impressed and satisfied with the services I received from David. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was not pushy like many of the other lawyers I had interviewed. David was very supportive and during our 30 minute consultation gave me his assessment of the facts I had presented... him with and specific recommendations on how he would recommend I proceed. I was very impressed with David and would highly recommend him if you need legal assistance

Awesome consultation

I was involved in a traffic accident last year, and the other party sued me in the small claims court (3 people, 10K each). I was nervous as I never went to a court before so I made an appointment with David Payab to learn about the small claims court, the procedure etc. He took his time, went th...rough everything in great detail, without any rush. He read the whole report that my insurance company sent me, and gave me so much information that I felt relaxed after the consulation. Very Professional and Helpful

I went to Mr. Payab for advice of dispute with a landlord. Mr. Payab is very professional and helpful. He gave me clear and specific advice on my situation and continued to help me after the consulting session. I would definitely recommend him.

Calm, rational, and straightforward

We spoke to four different lawyers to get advice about a dispute. Mr. Payab had the qualities we were looking for: calm, rational, straightforward and clear communicator, and fair. It was "very" refreshing after the other three. I feel like we can rely on Mr. Payab to give us sound advice, keeping ou...r best interest in mind. If we need legal advice in the future we will certainly call him.
