A complicated question made simple!

He went out of his way to confirm his advice and provided me with a prompt call back. He was able to confirm my suspicions that my ex-boss was screwing us out of overtime in California by not paying a weighted average for OT when there was two rates of pay. Time to head to the DLSE! Thanks David!

Outstanding Law Firm

Trying to find a lawyer is scary. Employment law can be tricky and its extremely important to choose an employment attorney that treats you like an individual instead of just a number or dollar sign. You never know who you can trust to give you the real information you need. Best employment attorney ...and labor attorney in LA County. David Payab and his staff put me at ease knowing that I could trust my case in his hands. Extremely professional and honest. I had some serious problems with a previous employer and he took care of everything. He delivered results and is always on top of the case. David and Leonard were extremely helpful in keeping great communication on my case. I can never thank him enough for helping me through such a difficult process. He far exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend him to anyone serious about maximizing the results for their case at hand.

Attorney you can count on

Lawyer Payab is by far one of the best, if not the best lawyer I have ever spoken with. A few weeks ago I realized that I needed a legal protection but don't know exactly how to approach it. I dropped Lawyer Payab whom I only know via LinkedIn a note to speak with him. He immediately replied and inst...ructed me to call his office and asked for his assistant. When I called his assistant she listened carefully to my story, asked me a few questions and told me she will let the lawyer knows and they will call me back. The next day , Friday when Lawyer Payab called we couldn't talk but he managed to call me back on Saturday. At the beginning of the call he read the note from his assistant to me. That alone blew my mind. I was amazed about how she summarized our conversation in such a professional manner without missing a point , despite my heavy accent. On the phone that day, Lawyer Payab thoroughly explained all legal options advantages and possible risks to me. By the end of the phone conversation, I said to myself, this is exactly the person I need at this time of my life. I felt like someone who has just won a major battle. I felt confident and emotionally stronger than ever. Even though I haven't met Lawyer Payab and any of his staff yet, I could tell by the phone conversation that I can receive the highest care and professionalism from him. The phone conversation alone revealed to me how much he knows. All I can say is that the man is great. He has a command over the law and he has a great staff to work with and that is how a legal service ought to be. I will not hesitate to let anyone know how wonderful he is if they should need legal assistance. For me, he will always be a lawyer I will count on. Don't just take my word for it.

Mr. Payab is the best.

I have used Mr. Payab for several years as my attorney for several matters including an employment matter and a recent auto accident matter which resolved in my favor. I received compensation for what I went through and all of my medical bills were paid from the settlement proceeds of the case. He al...so obtained a substantial discount on my medial bills which saved me a lot of money. The case was resolved shortly after I was done with my treatments with my doctors. He was always available to answer all my questions. I felt well represented with Mr. Payab as my attorney, and I will call him again for any future legal issues.
