Strongly Recommend

He was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of good advice. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to talk and get legal consultation from him. He listened to all the issues I faced and offered a lot of good suggestions on handling them. He was professional, attentive, and really knows the... law inside and out.

Excellent Lawyer - Wouldn't go with anyone else

Last year, I ran into some unfortunate fraudulent, online businesses, which attempted to take $1,500 of my money on a technicality. Mr. Payab gave me direct and reasonably priced counseling that resulted in these businesses mailing me my money back. As a lawyer, he knew exactly what I needed to p...ut the ball back into my court. This advice resulted in me getting the money back that I never thought I would see again. As a communicator, he easily takes complicated subject matter and gives you the key points in layman's terms. After this case, a friend of mine received a DUI, and I thought I'd pay-it-forward by giving Mr. Payab the recommendation. He listened to the scenario for free and then recommended another lawyer that specializes in DUI's instead of taking the case himself. A few weeks later, my friend's case was dropped. Professionalism - 100% Rates - 100% Ethics - 100% You can't ask for a better lawyer. Take it from a guy who hates writing reviews for other people and businesses. Thanks again, David. Best, Brian

Great Attorney!

My wife and I are very grateful to David Payab for his professional help. We were involved in a very bad auto accident. Even that it was a 100% fault of another party, our experience tells us that it doesn't mean your will be competely satisfied by the outcome. In our case, high professional skills ...of Mr. Payab and his team, his patience and paying attention to every little detail worked the best possible way for us and we highly satisfied with the results. Recomendation for Attorney David Payab

I have retained Attorney David Payab, Esq. since 1999 for various legal issues, and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff of professionals. His practice involved, knowledge, integrity and great sense of attorney / client confiendciality. I wish him and his team the best there... is in the coming year of his practice.

Highly Recommend Mr. Payab

I am a USC student and met Mr. Payab for legal consultation provided by USC. He was really helpful and patient with all my questions regarding my landlord tenant issue. I am glad I could talk to him before I faced my landlord.
