I have dealt with many attorneys- Andy is the BEST! He is the Best criminal/traffic attorney around. Super to deal with- very responsive and honest- reasonable fees- Most important- GREAT RESULTS. He saved me points and my license. I engaged Andrew to assist me with fighting my speeding ticket in Ventura, 92mph in a 65mph zone....I thought I was guilty for sure (while the flow of traffic was at minimum 85 mph). The intake process was simple providing with details straight from the ticket along with a small retainer fee to handle the process. From there, Andrew provided updates until my scheduled court date, details on what happens - Andy always responded quickly to my questions within hours of my emails. When I would receive notices from the county or court, he always told me what to do right away. He then let me know when the arraignment date (court appearance) date was scheduled to which I had no obligation to attend which saved me hundreds of dollars in travel. With Andy representing me, I had no duty to drive (2 hrs) to show up to court, argue my case, or deal with any of the hassle. I was anticipating traffic school and the cost of the ticket - With his counsel, the ticket was completely dismissed. I couldn't of done this without his help. I'll use him from now forward with all legal matters.

Andy and his team are great, i've worked with them a couple of times over past 5+ years. He is always very straight forward on the situation and does not sugar coat at all. I've met situations where we were oversold with other attorneys that under delivered. I would say most of the time our cases got dismissed and during consultation if a case leans towards an unchangeable outcome he will let you know and it'll be our choice to try and move forward with the low chances of success. His pricing is fair. In all, an experienced lawyer with an experienced team, only thing to get used to is the communication. They aren't over the top responsive, which is fine just get used to it. Be confident that even without responses the case is being handled. The way I handle it is by knowing my court dates and emailing him close to, closer, or after it and/or call in to leave voicemails to follow up on the results or status update. And he or his teammate will respond when they can usually within a week.

Andrew Robert’s was incredible. He spent over two years on my DUI case and saved me so much stress and money. Probably over 10’s of thousands. He got me down to a wet and reckless, with only a year of probabtion. It was supposed to be a diversion but the Supreme Court ended up ruling against diversions for DUI’s in the middle of my case. Whether you have one DUI or multiple DUI’s, Andy Roberts is the Attorney to best represent you. Andy represented my son for multiple DUI’s he got in less than 9 months. The DUI’s were complicated due them being across three Counties. Andy worked closely with the DA’s and Court in each County on my son’s case. Two of the Counties wanted my son to serve time in State Prison, since 4 DUI’s and more is considered a Felony. Andy worked very hard on this case and was able to get the DA’s to come to having him serve in County Jail instead of State Prison. My son is very fortunate to have Andy Roberts represent him. If it were not for Andy, my son would most likely would serve in State Prison for several years. Andy was always responsive. If I texted him, he would call me or If I called, he answered. If he was not available, he would call me back promptly to discuss my son’s case. I never felt he was avoiding me as the client’s mother.

Got a traffic citation 25FEB2021. Then, Andrew Roberts got me justice. My first impression is how proactive he is. Such as, email communications as well as, phone conversations much longer than previous lawyers.
