I paid this guy $15,000.00 to handle a bogus attempted murder charge that was a simple self defense case protecting my son from a drug crazed, multiple convictions violent criminal. Naderi sat in the preliminary hearing munching on a can of almonds. 99% of what the only witness they had was lies, ver...y easily proven to be false. Naderi just sat there and didn't even object. What I got for my $15,000.00 from Naderi was premeditation added to my attempted murder charge. Then Naderi had the gall to say for another $15,000.00 he would handle my case up to trial. Needless to say I fired that son of a gun on the spot. I ended up doing 18 months in jail. No thanks to Naderi, I got probation on an Attempted Murder charge. That proves the prosecution didn't have s**t on me. If Naderi had done even a minimal amount of his job I would had went home at the end of the prelim. This man cares more about the brand of car he drive than he does about the real folks he misleads into thinking he's going to help them. Don't make the same mistake I did.
