I will like to recommend Mr Marshall Waller. I wish I had selected him before. I first hired an attorney that just drove up my legal fees. The issue was a simple jurisdiction case. My ex had filed for Divorce in Pakistan and then she flew to US and filed another divorce case here. Mr. Waller was ...very clear and articulate in the proceedings. He kept the case very concise and simple. He responded to the opposing attorney very professionally and did not let them expand the suit. He also cleaned up the mess that the first attorney had made of the case. He was also very very well aware of international divorce laws. Thanks to him, the case was thrown out in a matter of 45 mins of hearing. There are may lawyers out there but Mr Waller is true and honest fellow that will try to reduce your expenses.

I was involved in a very bad custody fight with my ex and Mr. Waller was very good at cutting through all the smoke and mirrors thrown up in front of us and helped to protect my children. He fought for me and won. My children and I are the better for it. Hiring a lawyer is never an easy thing to do, ...but I really felt like Mr. Waller cared about me and my children and not just earning a dollar. He was great.
