Fran and Nima quickly determined the unlawful detainer was invalid for improper service and thoroughly explained potential next steps. They were very candid about the cost of l...itigation potentially exceeding the amount of the judgment, and I was so surprised when Fran offered to make a phone call right on the spot to the landlords attorney to help me resolve this nightmare. I ended up with a clear strategy which would have never been possible without their expertise. This babe is my super-hero. She really knows her stuff. I was being persecuted by my landlord, and I was upset and crying, until I met and hired Ms. Fran Campbell.
