I STARTED LOOKING UP TENANT RIGHTS AND CAME ACROSS FRANCES WEB SITE AND I GAVE HER A CALL AND I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO MEET HER AND HIRED HER THE SAME DAY AND HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH HER EVER SINCE.
