Does not know state needs

This is the THIRD mailing from Arzoomanian Law, P.C. regarding smoke damage and ash from fires in California state. He was reported to the California Law Board at the first mailing. So far we have received THREE of them. We are on a DO NOT MAIL list, which he IGNORES. Wish that we could sue him f...or this abuse as we are in California that IS NOT affected by the fires. He needs to get a map of the state for proper solicitations.
