Initially I had gone and seen an immigration attorney in Glendale. He did not specialize in the immigration issue I had and he could not help so through google, Neri Law Offices and Paola's name popped up as an immigration lawyer in the Glendale area and saw that she provided the immigration service ...I was looking for. I looked at her reviews and also reviewed her instagram page and show how committed and caring she appeared to be to her clients. I hired her to request immigration records for review through the Freedom of Information Act. Paola was detailed about the process . Also when I was providing her the necessary info to request the documents, questions came up and she was quick to respond to my texts and returned my call right away. After I got the FOIA request, she took her time to inform me of my options and was candid and honest about them even when it didn't benefit her. I would recommend her to others due to her experience, knowledge, honesty, passion for her work and consideration and care she showed me as a client.

I am doing this review with great gratitude towards Attorney Paola. We found her on Instagram after going through many attorneys and saying we had no case with very little explanation as to why. Before hiring Paola, we had our case pending with an “attorney” who never told us much about our case but ...kept charging us for his services when nothing was being done. Paola I. Neri-Michel, Esq is great and awesome to have on your side when you’re in the NVC process for family even though our process is not over yet she has helped us out so much to this day and Im thankful for her. I initially saw her on IG and just saw her great work with other clients. She helped... us in the process to reinstate 3 immigrant visa petitions (I-130) after not noticing they were gone through the termination process at the NVC. Her customer service and communication with family goes great and above and always keeps you updated regardless of weekends and needed on important details even through text. We’re very happy with her services so far and hope to a great ending with the reunion of our families soon.
