After working with Patricia for a couple of years I wouldn't recommend her services. The most unprofessional incident that occurred while working together, was Patricia showed up to court smelling of marijuana where she had to be searched by the courtroom bailiff admitting to smoking a joint in the ...car but not being in possession of anything in the courtroom. Her team over sells clients on services provided and she did not fully honor a flat fee agreement after being paid $30k in full spending months offering various excuses with more focus on finding a way to weasel out of our agreement than on my actual case. I even had our agreement reviewed by 2 outside counsels who informed me Patricia was violating our agreement. I will be working with my attorneys who reviewed the contract to file a complaint about her services, and you should look elsewhere for help.

Contacted her company in Nov…. The best part was her crew chasing money for confirmation …… after getting my case and money …. Story was started ! She assigned a person to take over my case, who she knew nothing about it before the court day. After 4 times in the court during these 6 months, she as...ked me to give the other $2500 to have more ppl to focus in my case …. I lost the case, I had to give the almost amount that the company which was being asked for. With her fees + amount that I need to pay = lost case ! Why I still need to hire her/them if I committed to pay the amount !

Our attorney was Patricia Rodriquez. A bit of a street edge (in a good way!) mixed with incredible knowledge and energy and laser focus!! She explained everything in detail and was extremely patient with the most mundane questions. I witnessed her in a three day trial and she didn't miss a beat fro...m the tiniest scrap of information. She is incredibly intelligent, spunky and sharp as a tack! Highly professional and tireless. I can't say enough about her. If you ever hire her you are in terrific hands! I felt secure and well represented every single day in court. On breaks she would quickly but thoroughly answer our questions (and we had a lot) and then would immediately put her head down and hit the books making detailed notes reading the going over everything that was just laid out from the opposing party. She is brilliant!!

Patricia was my lawyer for a few years. She worked on a case involving one of my properties that was in at BK Estate years back. She was always very professional and had tremendous care in the way she handled the file. She was not only strategic but also had compassion and took her cases seriousl...y. Often times, I would hear from her on weekends as well which by no means did she need to be working. I went through a long process with her that ended well so I would highly recommend her to anyone even with the toughest of files. She is very strong and knows how to navigate herself through the legal system quite well so you can rely on her services. My gratitude is immense for Patricia and the service she provided

It's hard to know where to even begin how terrible our experience was with Patricia and the rest of the Rodriguez Law Group. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over a 5 year span trying to save our home. The banks continually rejected her negotiations and would never modify our ...loans. We spent an extremely long time being stressed out. Patricia was very argumentative with us, the judges, and opposing counsels, and many times we wished we had someone else representing us, but after so long we felt stuck. There were several times we felt we might actually have a malpractice case against her. One time we even had an offer from the banks, but Patricia actually never got anything in writing and the bank ended up later denying the offer. What kind of Attorney doesn't get things in writing?! We were on the verge of losing our home several times, and in a last ditch effort I got a referral from a friend to Coast Reality Solutions, and in a very short time this company was able to save our home. I could go on and on about how bad the service was from Patricia, George, and the rest, (not returning phone calls or emails, arguing with us, etc) but you get the point. Save your money and find another place.
