Patricia has been an excellent attorney. She is always friendly, always available, and has a lot of patience and understanding for all of my questions. She has helped me with a number of matters over the last ten years. When I had a matter outside her expertise she recommended another attorney outsid...e the Rodriguez practice with that specialization. To me, that is really the peak of professional dedication to clients.

After working with Patricia for a couple of years I wouldn't recommend her services. The most unprofessional incident that occurred while working together, was Patricia showed up to court smelling of marijuana where she had to be searched by the courtroom bailiff admitting to smoking a joint in the ...car but not being in possession of anything in the courtroom. Her team over sells clients on services provided and she did not fully honor a flat fee agreement after being paid $30k in full spending months offering various excuses with more focus on finding a way to weasel out of our agreement than on my actual case. I even had our agreement reviewed by 2 outside counsels who informed me Patricia was violating our agreement. I will be working with my attorneys who reviewed the contract to file a complaint about her services, and you should look elsewhere for help.

Patricia is an absolute terrible lawyer. She doesn't care about her clients. I don't know where these 5 stars ratings came from. Based on my experience with her, I can almost guarantee they are fake. She charged me $5,000.00 to take my case and an additional $2,000 monthly flat rate. I spent a total ...of $23,000.00, and she didn't do anything to resolve my case. She didn't even go to my court hearing, nor could I get in contact with her over the phone when I had to. Save your money and time and look for a lawyer elsewhere.
