It's hard to know where to even begin how terrible our experience was with Patricia and the rest of the Rodriguez Law Group. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over a 5 year span trying to save our home. The banks continually rejected her negotiations and would never modify our ...loans. We spent an extremely long time being stressed out. Patricia was very argumentative with us, the judges, and opposing counsels, and many times we wished we had someone else representing us, but after so long we felt stuck. There were several times we felt we might actually have a malpractice case against her. One time we even had an offer from the banks, but Patricia actually never got anything in writing and the bank ended up later denying the offer. What kind of Attorney doesn't get things in writing?! We were on the verge of losing our home several times, and in a last ditch effort I got a referral from a friend to Coast Reality Solutions, and in a very short time this company was able to save our home. I could go on and on about how bad the service was from Patricia, George, and the rest, (not returning phone calls or emails, arguing with us, etc) but you get the point. Save your money and find another place.

Similar to other client's reviews of spending tons of money to watch Ms. Rodriquez lose and lose and lose. Have paid thousands of dollars up front plus over a $1,000 every month - win or lose. For no wins. The other clients reviews are so similar it's like they went through the exact same experienc...e. The bank constantly rejects her negotiations, she is extremely combative and argumentative with everyone including the Judge, the bank and her own client whom she then blames for suddenly having what she calls unreasonable expectations, At the same time she loses she reminds you to pay her monthly charge. It has been very very stressful trying to work with this attorney. She just keeps charging and having no success. Like the other client reviews, we feel stuck. At this stage, if we terminate we've already paid her so much money and lost so much. Very bad. No compassion, no accountability and she's had no success. Way too much losing at any price.

Despite being modified & current, we recently face risk of foreclosure due to banks failure & refusal to complete modification. She is compassionate; o...ffered to waive her legal fee for Dec 2018, even we did not ask her; but out of her own empathy. Her legal associates & staff are polite & very helpful. She accommodates to do phone conference when i am available due to my work; she emails update even on weekends; working hard to achieve positive resolution.

Patricia Rodriquez has represented me on two separate cases. First case was helping me fight the big bad banks in an effort to save my home. She never promised me anything but did work hard in an effort for the best possible outcome. The banks played the loan mod game- made promises they did not keep... and I sought her out. She did an excellent job in a rigged "for the banks" legal system. She was highly professional, caring, empathetic and fair which is why I used her again on a second case. She was very easy to talk with. #2 I was accused of occupying a commercial space even though I was not there and no desire to be there. Patricia had a good understanding of what was going on and handled the case. I had a trial by judge which she won the case for us. On both cases she was always available for questions by phone, email or text. She worked hard and spent long hours working on our cases. I would use her again and I have referred her to others.
