Most people really do not want to be put in a situation where a lawyer is needed. BUT, if you find yourself in such a position then Ms. Rodriquez is your gal. When we could not resolve a commercial tenant/landlord matter, our first call was to "our lawyer", Patrician Rodriquez. She made every attempt... to resolve the matter by letter and phone conversations in hopes to coming to an agreement. When the other party was simply not reasonable we ended up in front of a judge where Ms. Rodriquez won the case for us. Glad we got her involved from the beginning. It gave us peace of mind knowing that someone is fighting on our behalf to right a wrong.
