Patricia Rodriquez

Similar to other client's reviews of spending tons of money to watch Ms. Rodriquez lose and lose and lose. Have paid thousands of dollars up front plus over a $1,000 every month - win or lose. For no wins. The other clients reviews are so similar it's like they went through the exact same experienc...e. The bank constantly rejects her negotiations, she is extremely combative and argumentative with everyone including the Judge, the bank and her own client whom she then blames for suddenly having what she calls unreasonable expectations, At the same time she loses she reminds you to pay her monthly charge. It has been very very stressful trying to work with this attorney. She just keeps charging and having no success. Like the other client reviews, we feel stuck. At this stage, if we terminate we've already paid her so much money and lost so much. Very bad. No compassion, no accountability and she's had no success. Way too much losing at any price.

It appears from your review and our standard business practices that you are still on title and in possession so it appears you do not know what a win is. You need to reevaluate what it is that you can achieve. If you can not afford the home; then you do not qualify to keep it. This is not something my firm can change or ever represented it could. We strive to do the best we possibly can for ALL of our clients. Unfortunately, we are not always able to meet everyone's expectations or demands and for that we are truly, genuinely, and sincerely apologetic. We are always happy to hear when our former clients are able to resolve their dispute and we always wish them the absolute best upon parting ways. If you would like any further information regarding this or any other review please feel free to contact our office directly.

Fortitude to advocate for homeowners

Despite being modified & current, we recently face risk of foreclosure due to banks failure & refusal to complete modification. Atty Rodriguez explains emotional/financial consequences of fighting this David & Goliath battle with banks; let us decide on our option. She is compassionate; o...ffered to waive her legal fee for Dec 2018, even we did not ask her; but out of her own empathy. Her legal associates & staff are polite & very helpful. She accommodates to do phone conference when i am available due to my work; she emails update even on weekends; working hard to achieve positive resolution.

It is my privilege to state the following concerning the Patricia Rodriquez Law Firm.

Letter of Endorsement Since 1971, I have spent my life in service to others as a doctor specializing in natural healing and natural medicine. I have been told what separates me from other doctors is my heartfelt compassion and concern for my patients. I may know a lot about health and healing, but... my ability to convey love and kindness is what my patients say is most important to them. When my x-wife, Carol Reid, had the need for a competent attorney concerning her foreclosure case, Ms. Patricia Rodriquez was highly recommended by Neil Garfield. As a student of the law, I have followed the wisdom of Mr. Garfield for years. I trust him and hence I trusted his referral. From the moment I heard the voice of Ms. Rodriquez, I knew I had made the correct decision to hire her to help my x-wife. She was not only intelligent, articulate and an experienced attorney, she had compassion and concern in her words. She actually cared about my x-wife and her circumstances. In fact, everyone in her firm I spoke with had the same demeanor. They were kind, concerned and truly listened to me. Ms. Rodriquez not only put her team on Carol's case, she personally handled much of the strategy employed. She also gave Carol a discount on her fees relative to Carol's income. Carol and I knew no one would be able to prevent a foreclosure as the house was Carol's deceased mother's house and Carol had no standing, however, we thought it was worth a try to have a day in court as Carol paid all expenses on the house until she could no longer do so. When Fannie Mae transferred the case to Federal Court, a legal trick many bank's and others use to win their case, Ms. Rodriquez was there every step of the way. Although Carol was eventually foreclosed on, because of Ms. Rodriquez and her firms efforts, Carol was allowed sufficient time to peacefully pack and move. She may have lost some money, but she did NOT lose her self-esteem or confidence. Ms. Rodriquez helped her in this regard, as well. I would recommend The Rodriquez Law Firm to anyone seeking legal advice. Win or lose, you can NOT find a more compassionate, experienced, and caring law office anywhere. My x-wife and I were completely satisfied with the results of her case. Sincerely, Dr. James
