Mr. Khalaf has been practicing criminal defense law since 2003.  While in law school, Mark worked for the United States Attorney's and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's offices. Upon graduating law school, Mark was an attorney for one of the largest civil litigation law firms in the nation. Thereafter, Mark worked for one of the largest criminal defense law firms in Southern California. Finally, Mark also has over 11 years experience as a reserve Deputy Sheriff. 

Mark handles all criminal defense cases including federal crimes, drug crimes, theft, expungements, rape,  murder and DUI in Pasadena.

no one is better than mark
mark is the best lawyer in town!!! give him a shot and you will see what honest and amazing person he is! he got me out of trouble and reminded me that this is no joke, if it wasnt for mark i would not be writting this...thank you so much!

Best lawyer I have ever hired!
He has helped my friends and I multiple times and has never failed us. From procedures to fees everything is explained, so you're not left in the dark. Mark is trully reliable and trustworthy. Excellent Lawyer
Mark Khalaf is an excellent attorney and a great person in general. Mark represented me in regards to a violation of probation hearing. The judge and D.A. were offering me 30 days in county jail for a violation of probation charge and an additional 30 days for failing to finish my community service on time. Mark was able to work out a deal that resulted in me getting a extension on my community service and no jail time. He is great at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone who needs criminal defense. Thanks for all your help, Mark!

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY: Professional, Honest, Reasonable
I live outside of California and I needed a California attorney to help me with a DUI case from 7 years prior. I had completed all of my classes, but an unpaid fine resulted in a warrant. My husband is an attorney and found Khalaf & Khalaf's advertisement online. I immediately was satisfied with their efficient and professional office, particularly Wendy in the front office. Mark was my attorney and answered every question I had, honestly and promptly. He has a good rapport with the Pasadena judges and he was able to lift my warrant and close the case without probation. He gave good advice and was reasonably priced, but the communication from him and his office was reassuring and what I needed most being out of state. EXCELLENT ATTORNEY.
