He was exrteemeley confident through the whole process and the resut was about exactly as je had predicted. Especialy knowledgable about the mediatiojn process where it is requested by th...e employer as in my case. I would highly recommend speaking with him about any employment law issue and he will be honest with you about the merits and prognosis of your prospective case and the best strategy to take. He was correct in my case that taking my former employer to trial because they did many illegal things was not the best for me. Getting a settlement that was vindiciation and an oportunity to move on means much more than pushing them to a jury verdict for a higher amount.
