I am posting this anonymously because reputation is everything in my business- and I don't want some of my clients or peers to know that I was charged with a DUI. I got pulled over on Gannon Street after having a few drinks with some of my friends. I was over the legal limit, but there were other c...ircumstances that could have changed the results. Okorie interviewed me several times, and explained that I the procedure for my DUI AND some other circumstances surrounding my case could change the outcome of the breath test. When we got to court, Okorie attacked the prosecutor like it was something personal between them. Later, he explained that's just how he does business. He takes every case very seriously and aggressively pursues a win. I would have paid Okorie TRIPLE his fee for the results that we got. I will never drink and drive again, and I'm very thankful for Okorie.

I recently had Okorie represent me after being arrested for suspicion of DUI. Before going to trial, we filed a motion to have the case dismissed, essentially arguing that there was insufficient evidence to try me for DUI (my BAC was found by blood test to be below .08 and the case was being tried on... the officer's observations alone). I had thought that this motion was mostly a formality but when Okorie cross-examined the arresting officer he made him look like a complete fool and got him to inadvertantly admit that his arrest was conducted illegally, without sufficient probable cause. The looks on the officer's and on the DA's faces were PRICELESS when the judge dismissed the case without a trial. Oh, and like other reviewers have already mentioned, the LA prosecutors are indeed terrified by Dr. DUI - during my trial they all kept coming in to watch him, trying desperately to figure out a way to beat this guy. Bottom line is he works the courtroom like a conductor, making sure that the judge, prosecutor, and jury are all playing their parts to his (and my) advantage. He knows what to say and when to say it, and what questions to ask witnesses and which are better left unsaid. Watching him manipulate everything and everyone in court, it was hard to keep a straight face and not laugh out loud. In short, he is an incredible lawyer and a steal at the price that he charges. Get him now before he raises his rates!

I knew I hired a star before my trial even started because the prosecutor's office was so scared of him that they only allowed their best prosecutor to represent them against Dr. DUI. Dr. DUI proved why he has that reputation in my trial and could not have worked harder, done a better job or proven ...that he knows more about alcohol toxicology than the prosecutor's expert.

I hired Okorie who is a real Dr. DUI for my DUI case and immediately knew that everything would be okay. Just meeting him and going over my case and hearing how knowledgeable he was and reading transcripts of all of his work, I knew I was in good hands and everything was going to be okay.
