Unauthorized Charges
I did not personally hire McCready Law Group — my mother did. However, my credit card was used in connection with this matter without my authorization, and I am currently disputing charges exceeding $3,000. When I raised concerns about the unauthorized charges and initiated a dispute, I received c...
Connor did authorize the charges. This was investigated by a third party agency that reviews these complaints and the ruling was in my favor. The State Bar has not taken any action on Connor's complaints, in part because of the evidence that I have that he authorized the charges. The client in question was his mother. His mother came to my office with her son, Connor. Connor authorized the charges at my office and again over the phone. I didn't steal his credit card and the accusation that I somehow got ahold of his credit card without his permission and charged it is beyond ridiculous. Connor and his mom have perpetrated similar scams with other attorneys and with the Orange County Superior Court. Connor's mother was reprimanded by a commissioner with the Orange County Superior Court for perpetrating a fraud on the court. These two work as a team and all professionals should be aware of how they get people to do work for them and then try to scam the very people who worked hard for them. Ultimately, I refused to continue representing Connor's mother because she had lied to me too many times and gotten caught lying to me and to the court.

WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY WITHOUT RESULTS!
I hired the McCready law firm after the appellate court vacated my convictions and tossed the evidence away. Basically, The DA refilled without having a case anymore. My charges were dismissed even though Zachary McCready did nothing but postpone. but NOW MY COURT RECORD SHOWS a CONVICTION OF vc2315...

Money Spent Zero Results
A dealership made a false report against me for Grand Theft to the authorities. They illegally came to my residence pulled me out of my home and arrested me without a warrant . They searched my vehicle without my consent and confiscated the release invoice that was hand delivered to me at the dealers...
I did a search of every case that I have handled for the past 11 years (I opened my practice in 2011). I am now 100% confident that I have never been hired by anyone named Ozzy. That also applies to people with names like "Oswald" and "Oswaldo" that often use Ozzy as a nickname. I went further and checked to see if I had ever represented anyone who had received a grand theft report from a dealership. I could not find a single case that matched that description. I do not know who this person is but I am 100% confident that s/he never hired me. If s/he is a real person and has a real issue with the way that his/her case was handled, s/he has my phone number and can either request a refund of any unearned fees or s/he can give me some more info so that I can locate the case and figure out what happened. His/her complaint is inconsistent with over 700 online reviews that I have received on this website, google, and several other review websites. I don't believe that it is a real review and I will publicly apologize if it turns out that I am wrong and this is a real review from a real client and not a fake review from one of my competitors or a disgruntled former employee seeking revenge.

Vehicle Accident Case..
Would not recommend. Hired him throughout my brothers recommendation. After our meeting, he never responded back to my emails or told me how should proceed with my case, after he told we he would after reviewing the case. What a waste of time..
This person never retained me as his lawyer. He asked me for help in finding a private investigator which I did. The reason why he did not get my calls after he hired me was that his phone was disconnected. Come on, man!

mislead
a 26yr old felony kept me from a firearm purchase and he told me it just needs to be expunged and all the "penalties and disabilities" will disappear and i'll be able to purchase a firearm. what he didnt say was it doesn't work. i could have cared less about the expungement and paying the fee to get ...
I got his felony conviction reduced to a misdemeanor and then expunged. I correctly advised him that under 1203.4 of the California Penal Code his guilty plea would be changed to a not guilty plea and he would be generally released from all penalties and disabilities of the conviction. This client wanted me to specifically advise him on how the expungement would affect his right to purchase a gun in Nevada and I repeatedly advised him to consult a Nevada attorney on this issue.
