This client got a DUI reduced to a reckless driving, which even he concedes was an excellent result. I called him after he made this review and he admitted to me that he did not know why he didn't give me a more positive rating. On his own volition, he tried to amend his rating to make it clear that he felt that my performance was excellent in every category. Unfortunately, avvo does not allow clients to remove or amend their ratings, it only allows them to enter new ratings, which this client did (see the above review with the identical user name and comments but better performance review rating).
