A couple were involved in a verbal dispute that got heated. A relative of the female spouse decided the situation required a call to the police. The male involved in the argument left the scene and was accused of getting physical by the relative that wasn’t present for the incident. The female was... injured by her own hands, but was also under the influence of alcohol and other prescription drugs. The police immediately assumed the husband was at fault and arrested him. The attorney was able to get an investigator determine the arrest wasn’t valid. The expertise of McCready and his staff were able to avoid any charges, have the case rejected and disposed of with no charges being filed.

Last month I called Zachary McCready because I had filled for a restraining order against my former boyfriend. I was doing it on my own but my ex hired an attorney and that caught me off guard.
