I did not personally hire McCready Law Group — my mother did. However, my credit card was used in connection with this matter without my authorization, and I am currently disputing charges exceeding $3,000. When I raised concerns about the unauthorized charges and initiated a dispute, I received c...ommunications from the firm that escalated the situation rather than resolving it professionally. The messages included allegations of fraud and statements indicating they would pursue criminal complaints if the chargebacks were not reversed immediately. As someone with documented disabilities and who relies on a service dog for medical support, the tone and escalation of these communications caused significant stress during an already difficult situation. My experience was that billing concerns were not handled in a clear or professional manner, and instead became confrontational and pressure-driven. I am sharing this so others are aware to carefully monitor authorization, billing practices, and communication style in any engagement.

Zack McCready is incredibly good at getting criminal cases dismissed before trial. My brother hired a lawyer for his case who was terible. Took $6000 for trial and then lost it! When I got in trouble for stealing a credit card (I didn't do it but that's what I got arrested for), zack got the case DIS...MISSED and I didn't even have to pay for a trial.
