Expungement

Overall good experience. For the price that I paid, I received favorable results. I'm a bit upset that the wobbler felonies were not reduced under penal code 17b but my whole objective was to have them expunged/dismissed. I will be going back to court to dispute them, at a later date, to have them re...duced. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy the freedom the expungement has afforded me. Thanks Zack for all of your help.

Awesome attorney!!!

Mr McCready is nothing short of a genius when it comes to writing motions that get cases dismissed before trial. Like I didn't even have to pay for trial. Case dismissed. I can go back to work and my family and move on with my life now. Thanks, Zack! You rock!

Honest and Knowledgable !

Thanks again for all your help Zach. After not being able to receive my vehicle salesperson license due to a previous petty theft charge that was handled by a horrible Law Office! He turned everything around and gave me guidance with how I needed to proceed and have my petty theft charge expunged. Al...so helped me out with my DMV case which i was clueless about.. He is very knowledgable, with great experience and knows what he is talking about, best of all affordable. You will definitely be the guy I come back to if i ever need any legal advice! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is going through these reviews give him a call:] ps: his colleague Angela was of great assistant as well when needing to contact him. very prompt whether it be a phone call, email or text.

Successfully got me diversion

In two sentences: He fights for what you want. He'll get you what is best. I was arrested and charged with a minor misdemeanor, but a misdemeanor nonetheless. This was a first offense and I was losing my mind with panic attacks and anxiety. I called attorney McCready to help me with my case. He is... very understanding and did a great job calming me down. I hired him after carefully reviewing him and comparing him to other attorneys. I asked him to get me diversion as much as possible. Leading up to the arraignment, I called him several times with information and he reassured me that everything was fine. Even if he is busy, he'll call you back right away. He called me back on the arraignment date and informed me that he was able to get me into a diversion program. I went to the second court date along with him and he took care of everything for me while we stood in front of the judge. The prosecutor tried to object to my admission into the program, but attorney McCready gave the judge positive reasons as to why I should be in the program that were extremely helpful in my case. Affordable and reliable! The first attorney I've ever needed. If I ever have a problem again, I definitely will call him again.

My Second DUI I was scared!

Zack did a stellar job defending my two DUI's. My sister, who is an attorney, read his flyer for DUI defense, which was one of hundreds sent to my house. She felt he had the best flyer regarding flat fees, experience, and familiarity with DUI laws. Though i had appointments with him on multiple occas...ions, called and emailed with many questions, I was never charged additional fees. I didn't need to appear in court once. He handled everything. Ultimately, i received the least of punishment for first DUI offenders: court fees, MADD class, DUI classes, and DMV suspended my license. It was a streamlined process, and he never once postponed a court date. My second DUI could have been devastating for me. I was looking at 90 days jail (since i was still on probation for first DUI,I was liable for jail time of 30 days, plus an additional 60 days for 2nd DUI). Zack knew the judges, requested a different, more lenient judge. I received 60 days home confinement and NO BAIL BOND. Second DUI's usually have a bail set at 25K. Zack was also able to dismiss a drug charge, and i was only charged for driving under the influence and driving with a BAC over .08 (As a condition of my first DUI, i wasn't allowed to drive with any amount of alcohol in my system). I was astounded and elated (relatively). I cannot express my gratitude in words. I feel he's an attorney with high moral standards and integrity. His office staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
