The best lawyer you could ever hire

Zachary J. McCready is a brilliant man who was once a cop, protecting and serving Americans in law enforcement. Every cop is a hero and an angel and Zachary is both of those. Zachary, who also trained in Iran teaching our military men how to fight in combat for our freedom and our American life. ...He is truly a brave hero. Zachary is a layer who is absolutely genius. He's absolutely everything you want in a lawyer. I believe he has won almost every case he's tried. Like I said, he is a brilliant man with an extraordinary education. He is a man who is honest, as a lawyer he is the perfect lawyer. I would tell everyone that if you want protection and you want to win your case Zachary J McCready is the one for you. I highly recommend you retain him if you like a fair case, want to win your case, and want to be free. I never thought that there would be this magnificent mind that I know can win any case. I finally found the perfect lawyer. I've had the utmost pleasure of dealing with lawyers in the past and am familiar with the law field, but he is the best I've ever had the privilege of dealing with on a professional level. He's always demonstrating that utmost excellence. He is truly a great person on the inside; he is a good person. His word is his bond. Excellence and professionalism are his ways. If you're innocent (or not!) this is the lawyer for you. I can tell you that he will win your case. He's the best of the best when it comes to lawyers. Getting a chance to work with such a brilliant man helped make me feel safe. And it really touches my heart to know that I am dealing with a lawyer with extreme excellence He's the best of the best. It's wonderful to know that there is a brilliant, world-class, first rate lawyer who is a fighter, a survivor and a complete gentleman. And I know always comes out winning. I would recommend Zachary J McCready to anyone; excellence is his motto.

My theft case got dismissed. I didn't even go to trial!

Zack McCready is incredibly good at getting criminal cases dismissed before trial. My brother hired a lawyer for his case who was terible. Took $6000 for trial and then lost it! When I got in trouble for stealing a credit card (I didn't do it but that's what I got arrested for), zack got the case DIS...MISSED and I didn't even have to pay for a trial. I didn't plead guilty to anything. The case just went away. THANKS, ZACK! I owe you one, bro!

Assertive and CURRENT!

I am a 24 year old female and I am a college student pursuing a nursing career. I prided myself for never being involved with the law until last summer. I was busted for speeding in Orange County and stupidly admitted to leaving a beer and barbeque festival. I was ultimately faced with a mandatory... 60 day jail sentence and a DUI. There was no doubt in my mind that I needed an attorney because I did not want to serve this sentence being that I am a college student in school and working. I also knew that there was no way I would opt for a public defender. You may ask yourself and wonder why. A public defender does not have all the time in the world to work with just you. One may also consider the budget deficit and the role of a public defender. Beginning my search for a private attorney was not an easy task because it was all a very unfamiliar process. About a week after the arrest, I retained Zachary McCready as my attorney. Meeting with him, I felt confident in my decision and was ready to begin the overall process. I liked the fact that he worked for LAPD, used to be cop, and understands what it is to be one. He also diligently keeps updated and attends multiple conferences on current and new law, including criminal and civil. How could this not be beneficial for my particular situation, I thought. I was very persistent, assertive with Zach and so was he. Mr. McCready replied to all of my calls and texts rapidly. He also filed several motions for my case to prevent an unfavorable outcome. The DA and first Judge assigned to my case were both very unreasonable. Zachary was able to get a different judge and another more reasonable, DA. Throughout the process, Zachary was very patient, informative, and treated me like a person, not a number. None of my court dates were missed, he continuously walked me through the process the entire time. More importantly, Mr. McCready was able to request that I do my jail sentence at a private jail that worked with my school and work schedule. This was convenient and the best alternative for me at the time. He also got the Judge to grant me permission to complete my jail and alcohol program in Los Angeles County, as I live in Los Angeles and wanted to avoid the commute to Orange County. Currently, Zachary and I still keep in contact because I have to have my misdemeanor expunged for licensing purposes. I have committed myself to Zachary's services for all of the reasons stated above. He knows what he is doing and can guide someone through the confusing, emotionally trying process. For an attorney, you could not ask for a more thorough, sincere, kind, and understanding heart. Thank you, Zach! :)

mislead

a 26yr old felony kept me from a firearm purchase and he told me it just needs to be expunged and all the "penalties and disabilities" will disappear and i'll be able to purchase a firearm. what he didnt say was it doesn't work. i could have cared less about the expungement and paying the fee to get ...it done. i just wanted my firearm rights restored

I got his felony conviction reduced to a misdemeanor and then expunged. I correctly advised him that under 1203.4 of the California Penal Code his guilty plea would be changed to a not guilty plea and he would be generally released from all penalties and disabilities of the conviction. This client wanted me to specifically advise him on how the expungement would affect his right to purchase a gun in Nevada and I repeatedly advised him to consult a Nevada attorney on this issue.

Saved my life!

Zack did an amazing job for me and was very honest and detailed and kept me up to date throughout my case. Keeping in contact was very convenient and even talked to me via texting. Originally I was facing a Robbery charge and then he got it knocked down to grand theft (from a strikable to a non strik...able charge) and then 2 years later I came back for him to help me again by cutting my probation short and getting my case dismissed. 1 month later, I'm finally off! Zack gave me the feeling that he actually cared for my case and didn't mess around when I would ask direct questions. Very professional and very helpful. Oh yeah and Im from texas too so my sister found Zack through Avvo because of ratings and he surpassed expectations. I have had horrible to average lawyers before, that didn't really care and didn't keep me in the loop but Zack was different. I would definitely recommend Zack again.
