I was pulled over for what I was told in the moment was a routine stop and found myself facing a DUI charge. To make it worse I was told that I would be charged for refusing a chemical test although the process was botched. It was a nightmare. Thankfully, Zach was highly recommended to me by a friend... who is also a lawyer. He ultimately surpassed even those high recommendations. Although there were moments I doubted if he was giving my case as much attention as others he was also handling, those doubts were quickly gone when I saw how he and his associates combed through every detail of my case. Overall good experience. For the price that I paid, I received favorable results. I'm a bit upset that the wobbler felonies were not reduced under penal code 17b but my whole objective was to have them expunged/dismissed. I will be going back to court to dispute them, at a later date, to have them re...duced. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy the freedom the expungement has afforded me.
