Informative and straight forward

I have known attorney McCready for some time and he is always the first person I go to for legal advice. Most recently I had some questions regarding the DUI process. He was incredibly informative, honest and straightforward. Attorney McCready will always do his best to get the best outcome in anyone...'s situation. I most definitely would recommend him to anyone in need of legal advice, consultation or representation. There is no other lawyer I would go to.

Successfully got me diversion

In two sentences: He fights for what you want. He'll get you what is best. I was arrested and charged with a minor misdemeanor, but a misdemeanor nonetheless. This was a first offense and I was losing my mind with panic attacks and anxiety. I called attorney McCready to help me with my case. He is... very understanding and did a great job calming me down. I hired him after carefully reviewing him and comparing him to other attorneys. I asked him to get me diversion as much as possible. Leading up to the arraignment, I called him several times with information and he reassured me that everything was fine. Even if he is busy, he'll call you back right away. He called me back on the arraignment date and informed me that he was able to get me into a diversion program. I went to the second court date along with him and he took care of everything for me while we stood in front of the judge. The prosecutor tried to object to my admission into the program, but attorney McCready gave the judge positive reasons as to why I should be in the program that were extremely helpful in my case. Affordable and reliable! The first attorney I've ever needed. If I ever have a problem again, I definitely will call him again.

BEST ATTORNEY IN THE WORLD

Hi, Zack Mccready is the VERY best lawyer that I have ever used in my 57 years of life. I was married to a lawyer for 24 years so I do have experience into the insights and outcomes of how different Lawyers perform. Zack went far and above any expectation I had, when hoping for a certain outcome ...in my new husband's case. Zack communicated with me regularly, keeping me abreast of the status of my case and what he was doing to accomplish our goal. Of course he WON our case. He did a FANTASTIC job and he achieved our hoped for outcome. His prices were the best I found. But that is not why we chose him. Several friends had recommended him to us. He worked so hard and everything he did was accurate and accomplished in a timely manner. We were completely thrilled with all that he did for us. He is intelligent, tenacious, hard working, personable, honest, and skilled. If I ever need a lawyer again I would not even consider hiring anyone but Zack. I will feel appreciative of him and his services for the rest of my life. I WILL hire him for whatever I might need need in the future. He GETS THE JOB DONE no matter what it takes. Thank You Zack.

Provided security through knowledge and attention.

During the initial interview, he was very informative and straight forward. He was accommodating by traveling to meet us locally. He provided piece of mind by taking care of legalities wether big or small. Most recently, during an unexpected event, Zach was quick to respond to texts, e-mails and... calls. He did background research and was reassuring through his attention. During this stressful time, he provided us with security knowing that all bases were covered and addressed. We are grateful for his understanding and professionalism.

Assertive and CURRENT!

I am a 24 year old female and I am a college student pursuing a nursing career. I prided myself for never being involved with the law until last summer. I was busted for speeding in Orange County and stupidly admitted to leaving a beer and barbeque festival. I was ultimately faced with a mandatory... 60 day jail sentence and a DUI. There was no doubt in my mind that I needed an attorney because I did not want to serve this sentence being that I am a college student in school and working. I also knew that there was no way I would opt for a public defender. You may ask yourself and wonder why. A public defender does not have all the time in the world to work with just you. One may also consider the budget deficit and the role of a public defender. Beginning my search for a private attorney was not an easy task because it was all a very unfamiliar process. About a week after the arrest, I retained Zachary McCready as my attorney. Meeting with him, I felt confident in my decision and was ready to begin the overall process. I liked the fact that he worked for LAPD, used to be cop, and understands what it is to be one. He also diligently keeps updated and attends multiple conferences on current and new law, including criminal and civil. How could this not be beneficial for my particular situation, I thought. I was very persistent, assertive with Zach and so was he. Mr. McCready replied to all of my calls and texts rapidly. He also filed several motions for my case to prevent an unfavorable outcome. The DA and first Judge assigned to my case were both very unreasonable. Zachary was able to get a different judge and another more reasonable, DA. Throughout the process, Zachary was very patient, informative, and treated me like a person, not a number. None of my court dates were missed, he continuously walked me through the process the entire time. More importantly, Mr. McCready was able to request that I do my jail sentence at a private jail that worked with my school and work schedule. This was convenient and the best alternative for me at the time. He also got the Judge to grant me permission to complete my jail and alcohol program in Los Angeles County, as I live in Los Angeles and wanted to avoid the commute to Orange County. Currently, Zachary and I still keep in contact because I have to have my misdemeanor expunged for licensing purposes. I have committed myself to Zachary's services for all of the reasons stated above. He knows what he is doing and can guide someone through the confusing, emotionally trying process. For an attorney, you could not ask for a more thorough, sincere, kind, and understanding heart. Thank you, Zach! :)
