William Kampf's practice focuses solely on labor and employment law. He represents employees in all facets of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.
In the past, William has represented individuals and companies of all sizes on a wide range of state and federal employment law disputes involving issues of wrongful discharge, race, age, gender, disability, and national origin discrimination, breach of contract, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. William has successfully litigated and arbitrated numerous employment law cases. William also has extensive experience representing his clients before state and federal administrative agencies, including the EEOC, DFEH, and DLSE.
Prior to founding his own firm, William worked in Orange County and Los Angeles for two nationally recognized labor and employment law firms, where he represented many Fortune 1000 companies. William also worked for a boutique Los Angeles law firm where he represented small and medium sized companies, as well as numerous individuals and entrepreneurs.
William was named a "Super Lawyers" Southern California Rising Star in 2007, 2008, 2013, 2014, and 2015, an award provided to approximately 2.5 percent of the best up-and-coming attorneys in Southern California who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. William was also named a Super Lawyer in 2016 in the area of Employment Litigation-Plaintiff. William is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
William is a 1998 graduate of Temple University (B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a 2001 graduate of Temple University School of Law. During law school, he interned for the National Labor Relations Board, Region 4 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a Board Agent.
