Personally, I would look elsewhere. If you hire him, document, document, and save your emails, request copies of work completed before issuing Pingel a check. Request a billing statement in writing. Expect your case to be drawn out for a year before any real work is done. I was a client, and compared notes with with another ex-client , we were charged $$$ thousands of dollars, for non effective work that never received a court filing. Don't become easy income for this guy, resulting in ineffective case handling.

I endorse this lawyer. I have known Steve Pingel for more years than either of us would care to admit. Let's say more than thirty years. He is very bright, personable, empathetic, and honest. He has a great deal of legal experience and I have called upon him for consultative advice myself (in representing my own clients) in the past.
