Sherwood Tung is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of The Chugh Firm, APC. Since joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Tung has advised national and multinational clients on corporate governance, business competition, employment law, environmental safety, regulatory compliance and related litigations.
Mr. Tung received his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law where he graduated cum laude. While attending law school, Mr. Tung served as Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review. He was also the President of the International Law Society and an Academic Fellow for the contracts course. Mr. Tung received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California where he graduated magna cum laude.
Mr. Tung is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and can write in both simple and complex scripts. He is also proficient in Taiwanese. In his spare time, he regularly mentors law students.
