Anthony Arzili is amazing! Monica and he were great about keeping me updated on my court hearings, explaining what was going on, what to do. I was extremely nervous when I was originally searching for a lawyer to handle my case but I found Anthony on Avvo.com, read his experience, and knew I had to c...all him. He personally shows up to every court date and fought hard for me, I felt extremely confident in his abilities, especially when he walked in and knew the people in the courtroom. This was my first time needing a lawyer and boy was I glad to have Anthony in my corner I can honestly say he got me the best outcome I was hoping for but never dared to get, all charges dismissed! I learned that a bench warrant was issued for failing to submit proof of completion of the AB 541 and MADD courses that were part of my probation. I contacted that Law Offices of Anthony Arzili on Saturday afternoon to get some more information regarding their services and fees for helping me to reso...lve the matter with the Downey Courthouse. Mr. Arzili contacted me within 3hours of my initial e-mail. By Monday morning I was in his office signing the contract and paying the $1,000 fee to retain his legal services. I was in a desperate need of a good, reliable and trustworthy Attorney. How do you find an Attorney you can trust? I did hours of research and Mr. Arzili's name and positive reviews continued to come up within my search. I took this as a sign and went with my gut. I made the call to his office late a...t night on a Friday and the very next morning Saturday his Secretary returned my call, I went over the details of my husband's case and was very pleased with the price the Attorney was charging to retain his services, a flat fee with the option of a payment plan. With my husband being incarcerated & me being left alone with all the financial burdens and going from a 2 income household to only 1 - this was the perfect solution to our problem. I was almost in tears when Mr. Arzili took his case and was able to work with us on the financial end. Mr. Arzili showed up that very next Tuesday for my husbands court date (short notice) and began to work on his case. My husband was on probation on a previous case & is probation officer conducted a random search on my husbands day off from work & found a pair of nun-chucks that were in the house in a locked cabinet that were my husbands from years prior when he was taking martial arts classes. The Probation officer took him in for this, told my husband he would be out in 10 days as she was certain the Court would NOT file any charges & it turned out to be the total opposite of what we were told the Court did in fact file charges and here was my husband facing a Felony charge for the nun-chucks. I never realized that these were against the law for him to possess since he had them for years & was taking classes and had I known this they would never have been in my house. My husband was facing 8 years due to a previous Strike from when he was only 18 years old. In the end Mr. Arzili was able to get us the least possible sentence and had my husbands strike stricken with a 365 day county jail sentence with 6 months credit. It was finally an end to this nightmare and Mr. Arzili did a fantastic job! He definitely worked at this case very hard & felt for our situation. Mr. Arzili is a genuine person with a good heart. He is very honest and reliable. He never once gave us misleading or made promises of the outcome but he was straight forward, positive & very optimistic. We will be forever grateful to Mr. Arzili and I recommend his services to everyone in need. I have raved about Mr. Arzili to family and friends and I will continue to do so.
