I highly recommend Attorney Anthony Arzili, who has handled my case over the last year. He took the time and effort to convince the DA to amend the charges from a felony to a misdemeanor that may be reduced to an infraction after a year of good behavior. Anthony took on my Domestic Violence case and didnt make any promises, he stuck to the facts in my case and told me what he could do, best case scenario and worst case senario. All i had to do was my part and he said he would do his. A year and a half later, my case was dropped after Anthony got me a... deal to do Domestic Violence classes and AA meetings and staying out of trouble. I work for the Fire Department and I was at risk of losing my job for the actions of one night, but Anthony came in clutch and took care of all my paperwork that had to be turned in and my court dates that I didnt have to be present for. I was arrested for domestic violence felony charges. My career and family was put in jeopardy. My professional license was put in question and an investigation with DCFS was opened. I was arrested based on an incomplete investigation and needed an experienced attorney to fight for my innocence. I... met with many attorneys before I came across Mr. Arzili, but none I felt could trust. I quickly came to learn that many attorneys try to take advantage of those who are in time of need. Mr. Arzili has an impeccable background and reputation as an attorney. He stood out to me because of that and what I learned about him through his outstanding reviews and the sincere things people had said about him on various websites and yelp. When I called I spoke to his assistant Monica who listened to the case details and provided a quote from over the phone. Compared to the other attorneys I had met with, Mr. Arzili quote was very resonable. At our first meeting, Mr. Arzili had immediately put my worries at ease. The day after we hired him he made contact with the detective, and he kept tabs on both the detective and DA up until the end. The state board for my medical license required me to write a letter of explanation describing the events that led up to my arrest, Mr. Arzili advised me on how to write the letter. Long story short, DCFS closed the investigation; less than a week before the first court date, I was informed that the case would likely not be filed; and on the day of court Mr. Arzili told me the case was rejected. Thanks to his diligent work, I did not need to show up to court once. Mr. Arzili is humble, kind, empathic, truthful and truly devoted to his work. He listened non-judgmentally to all aspects of my case, and advised me based on his expertise the possible outcome. He was right in all aspects. He never made any false promises. More importantly, he was there whenever I had questions, and him and Monica kept me updated with the case frequently. The judicial system is tough if you've found yourself with the short end of the stick. They will give you the runaround, and make you jump through hoops if you don't have the proper advisory. I am happy I choose Mr. Arzili and his team to represent me, the peace of mind they gave to me and my family is priceless.
