Words cannot express the gratitude that my family and I feel for Mr. Arzili and Monica. I found myself in a situation where I was attacked by an individual and had to defend myself. The police report, however, showed me as the aggressor and I faced the full might of the legal system. This incid...ent had the potential to destroy my family, my business, and my reputation. It also put my adoption in jeopardy. Having never been in trouble with the law before, I did not know what to do. Mr. Arzili was able to break things down in a way we could understand, came up with a game plan, and used his knowledge and resources to mount an unbelievable defense. He utterly destroyed the complaining witness on the stand at the preliminary hearing. Also, Mr. Arzili was able to find a video that even the prosecutor could not. Needless to say the ultimate result was complete dismissal of all my charges. We thank God everyday for Mr. Arzili and his team because now we can move forward with our lives and begin to forget this nightmare.
