When we met w/Mr. Arzili, his review and concern over our case was truly sincere, he was not overly zealous with his retaining fee, it was quite reasonable. He dedicated himself to doing his very best, both at our trial, appeal and motion for resentencing. He was prepared to file a motion at our jury... trial, on the day of verdict, and it was overturned and granted by the Judge on the same day! Again, he represented our case for resentencing, and appeared as many times as required, due to rescheduling by the court, without additional costs to us. Who does that? - not any attorneys I have ever known, they usually give up and only move forward if there is more money to be made. I would recommend him to all who want an attorney that really cares about your case as much as you do..
