After my second dui I thought I was going to do some time or never get my license back. However on the dmv hearing he had them agree to wait until the judge decided my case for them to suspend my license. Following my court case I only had to wait 90 days u till I got it back. When I got arrested I s...erved just over 24 hours however in court they counted it as time served so no more jail time. Just the 18 month dui program and fees is all I got. I had an extremely challenging situation on my hands revolving around a psyco alcoholic bbymama and an open dependency case with LA DCFS. In a nutshell as a desprate attempt to switch custody and remove my child I was facing a list of false alligations leading to a felony charge and losing my son. I had just gotten out of jail on bail and I was facing a felony charge. Mr. Arzili helped navigate me through it very easily. Out of the several lawyers I consulted with, I felt the most confident handing this case over to him. Mr. Arzili worked hard and maintained contact with the police departme...nt and the prosecutor before my arraignment. Long story short, that there was not enough evidence to even charge me with anything and I did not need to go to trial at all.
