Thank Goodness for Anthony!

Let me start by saying, Anthony Arzili made magic happen. I had received my first DUI unfortunately and I should have been in a whole lot of trouble. With his professionalism, experience, compassion, understanding and determination he was able to help my case greatly. He was very responsive in a time...ly matter to all my needs and questions. His fee was very reasonable for my wallet. His paralegal (Alicia) is also outstanding and very responsive to clients needs. I am grateful to have found him to represent me in one of my life worst events. He was always very positive and never judged me for my wrong doings. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a stand up Attorney who is not in the business to rip you off, but in fact for one that will fight for you and understands people make mistakes and not hold your wrong doings against you. Thank goodness for Anthony!

A SUPERB ATTORNEY -- AMAZING RESULTS!

My case(s) could not have been handled by anyone better than Mr. Anthony Arzili. My life came crashing down when I was arrested and charged with a felony, and while on bail awaiting that court date, I was arrested for DUI #2 and released, then again got arrested and released for DUI #3 (these arrest...s caused me to be in violation of probation for DUI #1). This all happened within a period of 1 month. Needless to say, I was scared out of my mind at what was to come next. I was panic-stricken and had high anxiety – I didn’t know what to do. A friend referred me to an attorney but after discussing my situation with him, I was left with the sense that my case would not be a priority. My mother contacted Mr. Arzili’s office on a Sunday evening and the following morning I got a call from Mr. Arzili’s assistant, Alicia, with an appointment time to come in and discuss my case with the attorney that very day. After speaking with Mr. Arzili, I immediately felt at ease. He is very personable, calm, honest. He lets you know exactly what you are facing in terms of your case. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in the area of law that he practices. He was proactive in getting the best outcome in my case(s). I followed all his advice and Anthony got the felony charge dropped from my first arrest and no jail time. Then DUI #2, DUI #3 and violation of probation appearances came. The judge wanted to sentence me to 1 year in jail for DUI #3 alone, but after arguing my case(s), Anthony got it dropped to a total of 4 months for probation violation and ALL DUIs (of which I did a fraction as a jail trustee). In addition, he got the courts to waive thousands of dollars in fines/fees! Anthony got much better results than I had hoped for and I am still amazed at what he was able to do for me. Mr. Arzili went above and beyond to get the best outcome in my case(s) and I highly recommend him. Mr. Arzili and Alicia were always accessible and responded promptly to my constant questions via email or on the phone. Anthony and Alicia are really nice people and helped me through a very tough situation and low point in my life – and I am very grateful to them. The legal system is a labyrinth and if you are facing serious charges you have to hire the best attorney to represent you. MR. ANTHONY ARZILI IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! – I cannot say enough good things about him.

Great Lawyer! Was able to clear DUI conviction!

So I was coming home from a friend's house party and was caught at a random check point at 11pm ish. I had already stopped drinking about 2 hours before. I wanted to head home because I didn't want to stay any longer at my friends place. When I was stopped, the officer flashed his light and asked me ...the regular questions "Where were you? Did you drink?" And I told the truth but I had said that it was earlier. But none the less he asked me to drive to a parking lot where I did the test and blew into a breath analyzer. And I guess based on all that they arrested me. But later when they brought me to the station, they had me blow into another analyzer which is more sensitive and I blew. a .07. (limit is .08) I knew that I had some type of case, and I researched lawyers on the internet. My mom even was trying to ask her friends for any recommendations. And when I read about Mr. Arzili, he just seemed like a great lawyer. He was also known in the area of where my court was going to be so that was a huge advantage (Norwalk, Downey area). Mr. Arzili was very hopeful for my case, he answered all my questions, and he just seemed like he knew what he was doing , especially for DUI cases. Both Alicia and Mr. Arzili kept in contact with me via email/ phone, and kept me updated. End Result: Mr. Arzili managed to get my license back (so no suspension at all) and get my DUI conviction cleared. It's not even on my record, and I didn't go to court. My family and I are so grateful for what he has done for us. He is definitely worth your time and money.

First time DUI with unknown BAC at time of hire

Review on service for First-time DUI LA County - City of Long Beach I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Anthony Arzili and his assistant, Alicia, during the very unfortunate circumstance I found myself in earlier this year in May. I had the added challenge of having refused the Breathalyz...er test at the time of my arrest and therefore submitted to a blood test. A blood test, that leaves you facing an impending court date with not even knowing the results of your blood test by the time of our first court date. This left me vary concerned and the night of my release, I began searching for the best lawyer to take my very unique case. Having researched as much as I could, I found that I really wanted to find a lawyer that was specific to the LA County and knew that special system and the people that worked in it. I was able to meet with three lawyers the next day and Anthony was one of them. Anthony and Alicia were very welcoming and accommodating to my schedule to see me. This was different from the other two lawyers that I had met with. During my meet with Anthony, he was very straightforward and did not make any promises. This was something that I was expecting and only got from him. It is hard to make promises without knowing the BAC one has at the time of arrest. I decided that after reviewing all of the potential outcomes of the situation, the many questions that I had about every part of the process (first court date, working with the DA, the DMV hearing, getting my license back after the verdict) and the costs associated with obtaining his counsel, Anthony was the prime choice for me. From keeping me updated on his progress with working with the DA, to making payments arrangements with Alicia and exchanging questions, Anthony was informative, details and responsiveness. I had never had to seek the counsel of a legal service provider before, so I was unsure on what to expect in terms of communication from them. I know that I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and I will be honest in that my expectation was to getting updates everyday, but in reality, those expectations are unrealistic. I had even expressed to Anthony that my anxiety was high and he had very sympathetic words and always kept things straightforward. Having a lawyer like this helped me keep my feet on the ground and my mind in order. Which I am sure that many in this situation, can relate to experiencing. Looking back on the experience with Anthony, I see that I got more than what I asked for. On our last day to meet, the final court date, Anthony showed up on time and really helped to take the reigns in the courtroom. He was calm and his demeanor really helped me stay positive and keep my nerves down. He assured me that he would be there to make the next appearance to show I was doing what the court asked, so that I did not have to miss work. This was very helpful. I intend to keep Anthony a part of this case to help me see it expunged from my record for good, in due time. If you want a lawyer that is going to keep it real, know the answers to literally ALL of your questions (I had a million, I promise you), and have a great support team like Alicia (it is just Anthony and Alicia that work for you!), then I definitely recommend Anthony. You get personal service and will be employing someone who knows the LA County system like nobody else could. He is a great person and helped me tremendously through this tough time in my life. Good luck to you out there reading this, you are good hands if you choose Anthony!

Handled my case well

Going into my DUI case I didn't know what to expect. I spoke with Anthony and he went over with me how things are going to play out. Any questions I had he was able to answer in a timely manner. He was easy to get a hold of through email or phone calls. He was able to get me the minimum sentence for ...my case. Overall, I'm happy with Anthony as my lawyer. He's dependable and responsive.
