Driving on a suspended license

I was stopped while driving on a suspended license that had resulted from a DUI. I was at a loss on what to do to address the legal issues confronting me. I contacted Anthony Arizili to help me through the legal proceedings ahead of me. Anthony was upfront about what was needed from me and confide...nt that he could help me with my case. He immediately got to work with the case proceedings and kept me informed throughout the process. Initially, I was simply hoping not to receive the ‘mandatory ‘10 day jail time and instead get a sentence of community service for driving with a suspended license. As a result of his legal skills and developed relationships with the court, I was elated when my charges were negotiated from ‘driving with a suspended license’ to the lowest level misdemeanor charge of ‘driving without a valid license’. Net result – No jail or community service time and no DMV points on my license.

Great Lawyer! Was able to clear DUI conviction!

So I was coming home from a friend's house party and was caught at a random check point at 11pm ish. I had already stopped drinking about 2 hours before. I wanted to head home because I didn't want to stay any longer at my friends place. When I was stopped, the officer flashed his light and asked me ...the regular questions "Where were you? Did you drink?" And I told the truth but I had said that it was earlier. But none the less he asked me to drive to a parking lot where I did the test and blew into a breath analyzer. And I guess based on all that they arrested me. But later when they brought me to the station, they had me blow into another analyzer which is more sensitive and I blew. a .07. (limit is .08) I knew that I had some type of case, and I researched lawyers on the internet. My mom even was trying to ask her friends for any recommendations. And when I read about Mr. Arzili, he just seemed like a great lawyer. He was also known in the area of where my court was going to be so that was a huge advantage (Norwalk, Downey area). Mr. Arzili was very hopeful for my case, he answered all my questions, and he just seemed like he knew what he was doing , especially for DUI cases. Both Alicia and Mr. Arzili kept in contact with me via email/ phone, and kept me updated. End Result: Mr. Arzili managed to get my license back (so no suspension at all) and get my DUI conviction cleared. It's not even on my record, and I didn't go to court. My family and I are so grateful for what he has done for us. He is definitely worth your time and money.

Mr. Arzili's experience with DA's, judges and jurors resulted in my not-guilty verdict

Mr. Arzili's knowledge and experience was invaluable in dealing with multiple district attorneys. Mr. Arzili kept me informed during negotiations and prepared me for trial. The result of his dedication was a not guilty verdict with my domestic violence criminal case.

First time DUI with unknown BAC at time of hire

Review on service for First-time DUI LA County - City of Long Beach I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Anthony Arzili and his assistant, Alicia, during the very unfortunate circumstance I found myself in earlier this year in May. I had the added challenge of having refused the Breathalyz...er test at the time of my arrest and therefore submitted to a blood test. A blood test, that leaves you facing an impending court date with not even knowing the results of your blood test by the time of our first court date. This left me vary concerned and the night of my release, I began searching for the best lawyer to take my very unique case. Having researched as much as I could, I found that I really wanted to find a lawyer that was specific to the LA County and knew that special system and the people that worked in it. I was able to meet with three lawyers the next day and Anthony was one of them. Anthony and Alicia were very welcoming and accommodating to my schedule to see me. This was different from the other two lawyers that I had met with. During my meet with Anthony, he was very straightforward and did not make any promises. This was something that I was expecting and only got from him. It is hard to make promises without knowing the BAC one has at the time of arrest. I decided that after reviewing all of the potential outcomes of the situation, the many questions that I had about every part of the process (first court date, working with the DA, the DMV hearing, getting my license back after the verdict) and the costs associated with obtaining his counsel, Anthony was the prime choice for me. From keeping me updated on his progress with working with the DA, to making payments arrangements with Alicia and exchanging questions, Anthony was informative, details and responsiveness. I had never had to seek the counsel of a legal service provider before, so I was unsure on what to expect in terms of communication from them. I know that I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and I will be honest in that my expectation was to getting updates everyday, but in reality, those expectations are unrealistic. I had even expressed to Anthony that my anxiety was high and he had very sympathetic words and always kept things straightforward. Having a lawyer like this helped me keep my feet on the ground and my mind in order. Which I am sure that many in this situation, can relate to experiencing. Looking back on the experience with Anthony, I see that I got more than what I asked for. On our last day to meet, the final court date, Anthony showed up on time and really helped to take the reigns in the courtroom. He was calm and his demeanor really helped me stay positive and keep my nerves down. He assured me that he would be there to make the next appearance to show I was doing what the court asked, so that I did not have to miss work. This was very helpful. I intend to keep Anthony a part of this case to help me see it expunged from my record for good, in due time. If you want a lawyer that is going to keep it real, know the answers to literally ALL of your questions (I had a million, I promise you), and have a great support team like Alicia (it is just Anthony and Alicia that work for you!), then I definitely recommend Anthony. You get personal service and will be employing someone who knows the LA County system like nobody else could. He is a great person and helped me tremendously through this tough time in my life. Good luck to you out there reading this, you are good hands if you choose Anthony!

domestic violence wrap

I was stressed out for my kids mom , she was looking at some hard time for a domestic violence charge that was being pushed to a felony by the d.a . I picked mr arzili"s office and was blown away how responsive and caring he and his staff was. The smartest thing i did was to chose mr.arzili because ...i was only wishing to drop the felony charges , instead mr arzili through his experience and knowledge of the courts had all the charges dismissed. I cant tell u how impressed and so grateful i am to mr arzili and alicia for making this happen.
