Anthony was very professional and was able to reduce my felonies to misdemeanors then have them expunged. We had a judge we thought would automatically deny our motion. He stalled for another court date so he could switch judges. On the follow up court date he was able to befriend the DA and get him... on our side. Once he got the DA to side with us and willing to agree to the expungement he quickly rescinded his motion to go to another judge. This appeared to be a good chance to get our motions granted. As a side note, after the case and everything was done I asked about getting paperwork to show proof I was cleared and he happened to be going to the courthouse and picked up the paperwork for me. February 5, 2015 was the worst day of my life. I was arrested and accused of selling prescription RX pads to unlicensed doctors labeling me a drug dealer. I was facing certain jail time.
