I was recently charged with a felony DV and had a prior DV from 8 years ago. I had a lot on the line as I am in my third year of law school, and any further criminal charges would hinder, if not obliterate, my chances of becoming an attorney. The prior attorneys I had met with were approximating the life of my case to last up to months following the arraignment. Although Mr. Arzili made no promises, I received a call two days prior to the arraignment that the DA had rejected my case. Mr. Arzili was a great choice of attorney for my DUI case. He was able to reduce my jail-time to the minimum amount as well as having community labor dropped from sentencing.
