Most loyal and trustworthy Lawyer in town!

A few years back I was arrested and charged with a DUI. I was so afraid and didn’t know who to turn to. A friend of mine recommended Anthony Arzili to represent me in court. The moment I met him I knew I was in good hands. He is warm, understanding, and passionate about his work. He knew that I ...was nervous about the charge and with that being said, he gave me tons of support through the process. He naturally updated me whenever there was something I needed to know or take care of. In fact, he would reach out to me just to see how I was feeling. It’s not easy when you need to find a lawyer, and deal with any embarrassment, nervousness, etc. However, with Anthony I NEVER had to worry about that. He never once judged me-- he just wanted me to feel comfortable and safe under his care. As equally trustworthy and compassionate, Anthony is extremely knowledgeable in his field! With over 17 years in the game, he knows his stuff and fights for his client’s 110%. He is strong minded and fearless in the courtroom. He means business!! Which is what I wanted from a lawyer representing me. As far as fees—I was told by quite a few people that I got a great deal for a FANTASTIC lawyer. In addition, I didn’t have to do community service or ever have to step in a courtroom moving forward. He handled all that on my behalf. Currently, I reached out to him – to expunge my DUI. With no hesitation, we met and took care of everything in less than 30n mins. Less than a month later, I was notified that I was in the clear! The best news I have been longing to hear. Trust me on this one--- you want someone passionate, trustworthy, strong, and willing to go the extra mile to represent you. The last thing you want is staying a night or more in jail—its just not worth making the wrong choice in a lawyer. Again, please trust me and have Anthony Arzili represent you!

Expungement

Anthony was very professional and was able to reduce my felonies to misdemeanors then have them expunged. We had a judge we thought would automatically deny our motion. He stalled for another court date so he could switch judges. On the follow up court date he was able to befriend the DA and get him... on our side. Once he got the DA to side with us and willing to agree to the expungement he quickly rescinded his motion to go to another judge. This appeared to be a good chance to get our motions granted. He was able to see the big picture, read the opportunity and seize it. He always responded to emails and questions whenever I had them and maintained contact throughout the process. As a side note, after the case and everything was done I asked about getting paperwork to show proof I was cleared and he happened to be going to the courthouse and picked up the paperwork for me. He then emailed it to me so I could print it out. This saved me from having to go through paying for a live scan or going to the court myself to deal with the clerk. I have recommended him to a couple people I know and will continue to do so.

Outstanding and Genuine Attorney

As I write this review, the storm has passed and Anthony Arzili helped navigate me to safety after one of the most difficult times of my life. Everything in my life was going well and from one moment to the next, I was staring down a felony as I was involved in a domestic violence case. I do not even... believe that I made it, but only positive things have occurred as soon as I retained Mr. Arzili. I spoke to 2 attorneys before speaking to Mr. Arzili, and to be fair, they were very competent, knowledgeable, and painted a logical roadmap of things to expect. While they were experienced in this area of law, I was not fully confident that they were the best fit for my case. After just one phone call with Mr. Arzili, I sensed a quiet confidence about him, coupled with a highly experienced track record. I just knew in my heart that this was the man I wanted in my corner when the going got tough. Once I met him in person, I decided to retain his services that day and he immediately began the legal process. He began to establish communication with the prosecuting DA in an effort to prevent my case from formally being filed as a felony. He and his paralegal, Alicia Walters, moved quickly and through their proactive actions early in the process, I found out about a week later my case was going to be moved down to the city prosecutors to be filed as a possible misdemeanor charge. It was the first sign of good news and my situation was beginning to unfold as Mr. Arzili envisioned. From this point on, Mr. Arzili said he would not stop until he achieved a positive outcome. I was scared about the possibility of jail time and while he made no promises, he simply said he would not let it get to that. His confidence meant everything and gave me the hope to remain strong. Based on the circumstances, we both felt that the best course of action was to work to release the grip the prosecutors had on me and I knew he was building a strong defense to achieve that. When it came down to this pivotal point in negotiations, I knew in my mind that I had retained him for this very moment, it was his time to go to work and come out victorious. While it was scary what the prosecutors were trying to pursue (jail time among other terms), Mr. Arzili assured me that if not early on, he would extend the pre-trials until he wore them down and got to a point where the terms were much more favorable. Again, I knew he had the right balance between tactfulness and confidence, and he continued to assure me that everything was going to be okay. The day before my second court appearance, he gave me the news that his counter offer was accepted. Just like that, 60 days of being in the middle of a storm had finally passed and we were out. I know he had other cases, but I never felt like my case wasn’t given the utmost attention and focus. Whether over the phone, email, or in person, he always made himself available and his confidence never wavered. I would without a doubt recommend his services to anyone going through a similar situation. While the case has finally been resolved with no jail time and my expectations being surpassed, he assured me that he was still there for me if I had any questions and would be able to help me with the expungement process down the line. I mean it when I say he is with you every step of the way and genuinely cares about your well-being during this very difficult time in your life. God Bless

Best choice

Mr.Arzili won my case, the lawyer I was going to hire before meeting Mr.Arzili told me at best he could get the conviction expunged. My case was at the bellflower court house and it's my first offense. Simply once Mr.Arzili became my lawyer things started changing instantly. Highly recommended profes...sional experienced representation.. If you dying wasn't too stress and any someone who actually know what they're doing in a court room he is the lawyer to hire.

Felony drops to Misdemeanor and Expunged!

I was charged Felony for Fraud at CCB, and in County Jail for 14 days. Anthony helped me to reduce to misdemeanor and expunged the whole case, and he was not my original attorney. He is very experienced at put key information together, and represent to the right person. I think he knows the court we...ll, know s the system well, and has decent connections. I should hire him in the first place.
