Facing a DUI with a high BAC, having never been in trouble with the law before and never having to work with an attorney previously I was very unsure about what to do or who to turn to. The facts of my case were such that it wasn't possible to come out of the DMV hearing on top, but I believe it was a close call based solely on his strong, incisive arguments. The prosecutor was seeking enhancements in my case due to my high BAC level that would have cost me significant financial cost, time, and massive inconvenience, but Mr. Arzili worked to have these plead down to the minimum possible.
